Well, this is the first blog entry of the new year. Yayyy HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!1
Now on to some other, relatively serious matters;
Since I was banned from youtube in November, I got my account unbanned after a week, which meant I could go through with my goal to reach 200 videos, which I reached with 1 day to spare in 2011. Now that we are in 2012 I have a new goal for the end of the year, Which I shall say in a moment dear reader.
I have also started a new walkthrough series on my channel, (Click here to see) where I play game demos, and a series for a new game I am playing ( click the link to see it ). I also plan on starting a Minecraft Survivle series ( single player) with a bunch of mods. I have already installed the mods onto my minecraft file and am ready to start recording the series, but I don't have a name for it, nor do I have the amount of viewers/subscribers that would actually help with the series.
Of course, I also need to find myself a job, and move out, so that I can actually start doing youtube properly, at any time of day seeing as whilst living with my parents, I only have a limited time space that I can actually be loud and not be shouted at for being so. Also, I need to advertise my youtube channel to get viewers & subscribers so that the possibility of being partnered would arise.
I am, though, working with some other gamers on youtube making videos, and have to organize what to do with a new friend. All shall be revealed.
Oh, and before I forget, my new goals ( or resolutions ) for 2012 are to 1) Get up to 600 (or more) videos on youtube, 2) start building a subscriber base, 3) get a job 4) save money that I get, rather than spending it on new games on steam and at the pub. & of course 5) what all people do or say as a new years resolution/goal for the new year, lose at least 20+ pounds. or 20+kg throughout the year. Knowing me, 1 is the only one that will actually happen.

Wait.. Who.. Where?
Ughhhh. I'm slowly waking up from a 3 week long dream where I had damn all internet. Wait.. It wasn't a dream? AHHHHHHHH
Okay anyway. So I was on a 3 week long holiday from the end of July to mid August, fun and all, but I had a severe lack of sleep, and when I did sleep it was uncomfortable but I have managed to sleep in some uncomfortable places before -like a floor..and an armchair sat right up...and a car- but that's beyond the point, I was drained by mosquitoes in the three weeks, so I don't think I need to donate any blood for at least a year -.-' ( Or actually I need to book an appointment..) erm.. yeh, so I didn't have a lot of internet in the three weeks, which is mainly why I haven't written a blog post in so long, nor had I uploaded videos and why I am uploading them now at home.
Last night I went out with some friends to St Albans, and we hadn't eaten all day but screw it, we went to the pub anyway. I mean, we're lads & we very much like to drink so we had plenty to drink. I stumbled back to my friends house where my mum was waiting for me, needless to say she was pissed off about having to go pick her drunk son up. Do you know what you get if you mix alcohol with an empty stomach? I mean, a lot of alcohol!? ...
Yeh, it's not pretty. But feeling much better now, and I guess I will post more blogs as time goes by and possibly about interesting, or what I find interesting, things. So that's it for today, possibly a week.. Good bye (:

College Interviews
Hello, if you are reading this, it is probable that you have come from the v-log, or my facebook.. or my twitter, either way. Lets get this thing started;
So I had a interview on Monday for Job Seekers, which was just to help me find a job, and to get a little extra money, for travel to a from work (if I manage to get any) and a bit of money on the side. Well that was at 10:40am in Stevenage town.. I woke up at 11:20am -.-' well that's one day gone. I didn't call them to tell them that I had over slept or anything, which was a bad idea. But I am going to try and apply again when I get back from Italy in August. Why wait until then to book another interview, I don't hear you ask? Well it's mainly because I won't be in England until August, and it takes less than a week to process, from what I have seen, and I don't want to have the interview, if I get it, whilst I'm on holiday. So yeah.
Second;
I had two interviews today (Wednesday 13th July) The first one for Media Production. Well we (me & the teacher) decided it wasn't really something I was interested in, which is actually true. Before I got into the interview ( which I was 40 minuets late to, due to train time tables but that's in my vlog at: (V-log) I thought that the course would be composed of Image and/or video editing, and recording. Which is in fact something I am interested in. But it was mainly theory and research, which is something that I am not, I repeat, NOT interested in. So yeh.
The second interview was for Music Tech. Which before I went into the interview I thought was mainly about making music via music software (such as Logic, Pro-Tools etc.) which I, again, am interested in. Mainly because it is something I do (make music, that is), and I would have loved to study and gain a decent amount of knowledge for that and attempt to get into the music industry and become a producer (the kind that make the music). When I actually got into the interview, I found out that it was mainly about the recording side of the music industry, i.e. working in a recording studio, mixing the audio etc. I had/have the grades to get into the level 3 course, and I have done a level 2 course already, so I could get into it. But they said, and I quote ' you don't seem to be very sure you want to do this, I think you just want to get back to college and not have to get a job'. Dude, I've been trying to get a job for 2 years, and I did the damn Electrics course because my parents got me to. It was not something I was interested in, but I finished it to get the damn qualification! Ugh.
Also, the guy was a bit of a douche about the fact I was late to the first interview, over exaggerating ' If you were 40 minuets late to a job interview you wouldn't get the job' Oh really? I'm sorry I don't own the god damn train. I know his point, and I understand what he meant. But really? No need to to mention it more than 3 times, and especially if I don't really have any control over it. Yes I could have left half an hour earlier, but I am not looking to see if there are no delayed train at 8am! Ugh. None the less.
Oh, also I have done the workings out and have to the conclusion that I will spending around £50 a week.. which is £200 a month = roughly £2,400 a year ( only counting college days, Mon - Fri ) on traveling to and from Welwyn Garden City. That's a lot of money. Plus it's a two year course, so thats £4,800 (around that) in both years, of just train travel. I would not be earning any money in the mean time, because its a 9am-5pm course, and a lot of the work/research is to be done at home. Ah, what I will not do for college.
I am going to be looking for courses here in Stevenage, at the college here in town. I'll see if there's is anything that I am interested in and possibly

Mic Problems
Remember that Review I did for my headset? (if not: here you go) well...
Half way through a skype call with an American friend of mine, the mic stopped working. It may only be my headset, but that's pretty shitty =/
Thankfully it works a bit, so I could pull the last episode of a custom Minecraft map recording outta my ass, although the audio is crappy. If my friend didn't get a warenty, I may have to contact plantronics and bitch... or just try to see if its a problem with the headset itself. Hopefully it's not my fault, I mean they weren't perfect when I first tried them, but yeh. Well, I'll see what the hell's wrong with them.
